The four steps

Step 1: Have a chat
Fill in the contact form, call or text. We will ask a few simple questions about your business, who your customers are, and what you want more of: calls, bookings, quote requests or sales.
If you already have a website, we'll take a look at it first, along with how you show up on Google.

Step 2: Free mock-up
We design your new home page and one other page, at no cost. You'll see the look, the layout and the wording, on your phone and computer.
If you like the direction, we'll send a clear quote for the full site. If not, there's no obligation.

Step 3: Build
Once you give the go-ahead, we build the rest of the site, add your photos and wording, set up your enquiry forms, and get the SEO foundations right.
You review everything before it goes live, and we make any changes you need.

Step 4: Launch and care
We launch your site on fast hosting, set up Google Search Console, and help with your Google Business Profile.
With ongoing care, we keep everything running and make small changes whenever you email or text us.
What we need from you
Not much. We'll ask simple questions and help with the rest, including your wording.
Your logo
If you have one. If not, we can set up a clean text logo to start with.
Photos
Your work, products, premises or team, if you have them. Phone photos are fine; we can advise on what works.
The basics
Your services, opening hours, service areas and contact details.
Your goals
What you want more of: calls, bookings, quote requests or sales.
Logins, if you have a site
Access to your domain and current website, so we can move things across safely.
How long it takes
We reply to new enquiries within one business day. Once you've seen your mock-up and given the go-ahead, a new website is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the site.
Bigger sites, online stores and anything that needs a lot of new content can take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeframe with your quote. The biggest factor is usually getting words and photos together, and we help with that.
After launch
We set up Google Search Console and submit your site, and help you set up or tidy up your Google Business Profile so you can be found on Maps.
With ongoing care, we keep your site fast, secure and up to date, watch for problems, and make small changes whenever you email or text us. If you'd like help getting found, our SEO and Google visibility service picks up from there.
And whatever you choose, your website and domain stay yours.
